Ceramic coatings give a super high long lasting gloss as well as giving your paintwork a protective coating that bonds with paintwork to become the new surface layer of your vehicle. The strong bond gives unbeatable resistance to UV, dirt and water making the surface highly scratch and swirl resistant and much easier to clean.
Slix Car Care Services are a Ceramic Pro approved detailer meaning we can apply some of the best ceramic coatings available on the market to your car.
Don't be fooled into wasting hundreds of pounds on main dealer supplied vehicle coatings and paint protection systems. from previous experience these are nothing but a slightly more in depth clean and a sticker on your windscreen. It is strongly advisable to let professionals deal with this as a correctly applied ceramic coating lasts 2-5+ years guarenteed (depending on the package that has been selected) and helps protect your paint along the way!
Before any nano coatings are applied the vehicle must be safely cleaned (see Full Valet) then the paint must be restored to a swirl free finish (see paint correction). then each panel must be panel wiped to remove any polishing oils to ensure the coating can fully bond with the paint work. After this we will work round the car in small sections we will apply, level and remove the ceramic coating. this service will take a minimum of 2 and a half days up to 5 days dependant on paint condition. Costs start from just £450.

Ceramic Pro Ceramic Coating packages
We offer many different packages suited to the customer’s individual requirements.
The price depends on variables such as: size of the vehicle, condition of the paintwork (all paint imperfections must be corrected before we begin Ceramic Pro application as they will be preserved under the ceramic coating and can only be fixed if you completely removing the coating) and the amount of surfaces you would like us to coat (paint, glass, wheels, interior etc)
ALL packages include a basic wash and decontamination:
– Ph neutral advanced NLD FOAM pre wash
– Wash using cyclone grit guard and two bucket method and Ph neutral shampoo NLD WASH
– Paint decontamination (iron fallout removal, tar removal and clay bar treatment)
– Dried using a plush deep pile micro-fibre drying towel and using high pressure air
Bronze Ceramic Coating Package – from £550
– Single stage machine polish
– Primer polish with Ceramic Pro Nano Polish
– A single layer of Ceramic Pro Light (2 year durability) ceramic coating on the paintwork. (Extra layers of Ceramic Pro Light are £125 each.)
– Windscreen coated with Ceramic Pro Rain.
Silver Ceramic Coating Package – from £750
– Single stage machine polish
– Primer polish with Ceramic Pro Nano Polish
– 1 layer of Ceramic Pro 9H (4 year durability) ceramic coating on the exterior. (extra layers of Ceramic Pro 9H are £200 each.)
– 1 layer of Ceramic Pro Light ceramic coating as a top coat on paint
– All windows coated with Ceramic Pro Rain nano coating
– Wheel faces coated with Ceramic Pro Wheel and Calliper ceramic coating
Interior Nano Protection Package – from £250
Keeps the interior cleaner for longer. Upholstery will repel all liquid spills and stains.
UV protection against fading, rejuvinates old plastic to look like new again.

– All alloys removed, deep cleaned and prepped
– 1 layer of Wheel and Caliper coating (equal to 10 coats of Ceramic Pro 9H ceramic coating) on the wheels and calipers.
